Junction - 12th March

When we arrived at the junction we were individually set a task to complete a CV, which was organized throughout a set sheet given to us. We were asked to pick a specific job based around the Junction, the job I decided to write CV for was a General Bar Tender. After deciding what Job i had chosen, I looked into my reasons for choosing it and recorded them onto the CV.

After planning out our CV we were then divided into couples and were interviewed by different members of the Junction. Throughout the interviews we were asked a number of different questions, which were then answered in the best way possible. We were then inspected by the staff to see how our interview skills were. Each participant in the interview was also given the chance to ask them a number of questions about the chosen job.

After all the interviews had taken place, we were all based as a group and able to ask the different members of the Junction a number of questions about each of their jobs.
